Tricia Tanoos

Tricia Tanoos graduated from Terre Haute North Vigo in 1996 and is married to James Tanoos, a 1997 graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo. They have been blessed with two children Michael, age 6, and Lucia, age 2. Tricia is the current Secretary of the Terre Haute Bar Association, a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. In addition to acting as the Terre Haute City Court Deputy Prosecutor since 2007, Tricia's primary practice areas include Medicaid and Estate Planning, Guardianship and Probate Proceedings and Family law.  She is an integral part of the Terry Modesitt Law Office team.

FreeBirds Solution Center is a 501 (c) (3) organization whose primary desire is to:
 Restore broken lives of men and women who want to recovery from grip of addiction by providing:

• a residence that is safe from the drug culture,
• guidance by successful peers, and
• the dignity of work.

They will assist the recovering person using the original 12-step model and Christian principles.
